In the era of digital transformation, business teams are increasingly required to create new solutions, services, and models. We understand the difference between automation and even the creation of new ways to control a company using automated technologies and digital transformation. And now the modern business reality throws us new challenges.

My name is Alya Evtikhiadi. I am the founder and director of PRAED School of Management, President of Brain Hacking Academy, CEO of PRAED Technologies.
I’ve been improving the efficiency of business processes in companies for many years as a top-manager and consultant, and I know for sure that no one knows your business better than your business team. You can hire different consultants, use a variety of tools and methodologies, and still end up with nothing.
Because the deep knowledge of your business, all the nuances, the entire unique blueprint for your company’s success is often simply ingrained in the minds of your employees and not even documented.
My experience working within a business has given me an insight into business from the inside. Therefore, I created a project to develop brainhacking methods that would allow business teams to generate new creative solutions during a business session. Our methods do not involve NLP or manipulation, and they do not traumatize people’s psyches. I am categorically against such experiments. We simply create interesting, challenging business situations that encourage people to think actively.
This type of training requires preparation by specialists from my school. You will need to describe in detail the task we will be solving during the training. Our team will prepare business cases, and your employees will come up with new, innovative solutions. Our methods were developed under my supervision at the Brain Hacking Academy – технологии настоящего., and they are all based on the best global practices and scientific research.
Brain hacking is an effective tool for enhancing the creativity of business teams in the digital economy.
Brain hacking is a branch of biohacking that works directly with the brain. This field of human knowledge is rapidly developing. It’s important to remember that each person’s brain has its own unique characteristics. The uniform education system that prevailed until the 21st century failed to take this astonishing diversity into account. Visual learners, logical learners, linear thinkers, empaths, synesthetes, ambidexters, digital natives—the variety is limitless.
Brain Hacking Academy uses the following Brain Hacking technologies, which are unique, patented developments of the Academy and its partners.
Brainhacking Method FIND – Focusing, Identifying, Naming, Distancing ®.
This method was developed at BHA based on the focus-oriented approach of University of Chicago professor Eugene Gendlin. By developing the skill of focusing and identifying messages using the FIND method, you will gain a new tool for navigating the business landscape, both present and future, and will be able to accurately identify information about people and projects.
Brainhacking Method CALM STORM MARATHON METHOD (CSMM) ®.
This method was developed by the French company PRAED Technologies and is based on the discovery by neuroscientists of the default mode neural network. The method involves alternating active intellectual activity with complete relaxation or vigorous physical activity according to a specific pattern.
Brainhacking Method SQUIB CHALLENGE ®.
This method is based on the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso and Ruwer Bar-Ono models of emotional intelligence development. It utilizes provocative and microstress techniques that force the brain to activate its reserves and build new neural connections, taking advantage of non-standard situations and unforeseen circumstances.
Brainhacking: The SOCIAL KEY® Method.
This method is based on advanced brainstorming techniques developed by the Martin School (Oxford), Columbia University, and the University of Leuven (Belgium).
Through the synergy of teamwork in a competitive team environment, different people collaborate towards a common goal, which improves results through the exchange of opinions, ideas, and knowledge (Moran, Abramson & Moran, 2014).
We focus on developing six essential collaboration skills:
Open-mindedness
Communication
Organization
Long-term thinking
Adaptability
Debate
Brainhacking Method BUSINESS SWING ®.
Like CSMM, this method is based on the discovery by neuroscientists of the default mode neural network. The fundamental difference is that we alternate not different types of activities, but rather different ways of working with information, engaging all types of memory.
The development of this method utilized research findings from the Berlin Institute of Health (Germany), the Institute of Integrative Neuroanatomy at the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, and the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences at the University of Trento (Italy).
Brainhacking Method PARADIGM SHIFT ®.
Emotional acceptance and, consequently, the absence of resistance are essential components of any change. Any successful change management strategy (or regulatory strategy) is based on an open and welcoming attitude toward new processes, people, emotions, thoughts, and events. Paradigm Shift is a comprehensive method that has proven effective in conditions of high stress and rapid and sudden change.
Recent developments have shown that this method can also be successfully applied to regular transformation processes.
The method is based on research and methodology from the Martin School at Oxford, a unique interdisciplinary research community.
Brainhacking: The SOLO STRENGTH ® Method.
We are not disclosing the essence of this method, as one of its key features is the element of surprise. The technology has been successfully used in intensive programs at Cambridge University. Research by scientists at Columbia University has allowed us to refine this method.
The method was developed based on the practices of Bo Lotto, a world-renowned neuroscientist, professor at the University of London who studies the biological, psychological, and informational aspects of perception, and founder and CEO of the first-ever creative neuro-design studio, Lab of Misfits.
Brainhacking: STOP&START TRANSMISSION® Method.
This method is based on building a team’s energetic potential to combat burnout and improve performance. Developed by BHA in collaboration with PRAED Technologies.
After completing energy sessions, the following results are achieved:
Stopping negative and destructive reactions.
Activating the mechanism of continuity in life’s meaning.
Turning to an upward trajectory in business.
Building energetic potential for managing employees.
Spiritual and energetic growth as the key to a healthy leader.
Activating a charismatic leader – someone with strong energy.
Launching the energetic engine of career growth.
In each individual case, it seems optimal to combine the most appropriate methods and techniques to activate, among other things, latent abilities and talents (which were either not developed due to lack of need or suppressed by the standard education system that dominated the world until the 21st century).
An effective approach can be found through either individual work or a combination of an introductory session and subsequent work in small project groups, the basic principles and tools of which will remain with you for years to come.
The Netherlands provided the impetus for the development of Brain Hacking technologies. Historically, the Dutch have meticulously and persistently successfully solved the following problems at a national level:
Find the «magic button» that activates creativity and concentration in any person.
Create a set of technologies capable of «hack[ing]» habitual ways of thinking and traditional algorithms with which the human brain solves problems, and build new neural connections.
Think big, but act carefully. Set global, exciting, and motivating goals.
Look at any issue from the perspective of all stakeholders and see the picture through their eyes. This doesn’t mean you’ll act in their interests. But you’ll know what they want.
Effectively overcome fragmented thinking.
Focus on the goal while maintaining a diversified approach.
The technological explosion we’re experiencing right now has increased opportunities and created new challenges: total deconcentration, the atomization of people, decreased motivation, decreased perception, information toxicity, and so on and so forth. Lockdown has dealt another blow to the familiar worldview. But in fact, it simply accelerated processes that were already underway.
Today, it’s clear to every thinking person: new methods and approaches are needed. Excellent! They exist.
As a result of the global transformations that have occurred in the global information space, a vast array of methods, knowledge, and practices has coalesced into two main clusters:
Design thinking
Brain hacking
These are two completely new approaches that are currently being intensively developed and used. A whole range of methods, training and training formats, workshops, and practices has been created, tested, and is constantly being expanded. A fundamentally new technology for mastering skills and knowledge is emerging right before your eyes, and those who miss these changes will be seriously, and perhaps irreversibly, set back in their capabilities.
To achieve any goal, a person needs only four things:
The goal itself. In a form that is understandable to the individual. For example: increase the company’s capitalization by 10 times.
Energy. There are numerous historical (and other) examples of limited but energetic people achieving greater success than talented but sluggish ones.
Motivation. Large-scale goals and interesting projects provide powerful motivation. You need motivation yourself, but, just as importantly, so does the team with which you’ll work toward your goal.
Concentration.
Focus. The ability to prioritize and stay focused.
These ideas are thousands of years old, but they remain relevant. And we will successfully address them, relying on the latest and most effective methods and approaches.
